  • Contract and agreements are signed
  • Commitments and requests are communicated
  • Client provides information
    Progress Phase: Day 1 - 14
  • Phi Works will work to fullfill client's requests
  • Client provides information and requests for changes
    Deliver Phase: Day 15 - 29
  • Payment #2 = 30%
  • Project is delivered or goes live
  • Client has 2 weeks to request for changes
    Final Phase: Day 30
  • Payment #3 = 20%
  • Confirm commitments and requests are met with client
